Spectacular design Armani villas in Las Colinas Golf

On the 5th of May, the commercial department of B&L Promotions Costa Blanca was invited to the presentation of one of the most beautiful creations by the Italian architect Monica Armani.

Including the guesthouse, this villa has more than 700 m2 building area and is being built on an "island" of 1.800 m2 in the middle of the golf course of Las Colinas in Orihuela Costa. The villa bears the name "Morning Breeze". The "golf view" is 270º and there is also a beautiful sea view. Each corner of the villa is designed to enjoy both the interior and exterior design. From the underbuild you have the possibility to look into the swimming pool through a glass wall. The spa, fitness and jacuzzi are of course included. The villa is being built by the prestigious Somium construction group and is priced around the 5.000.000 €. It is understandable that this price also includes the interior designed by Monica Armani.

Of course it is possible to design individual villas with the architects to your own taste with clearly less money and on one of the beautiful plots within this enormous and green nature reserve.
