The Minister of Transport announced yesterday in various media that when phase “3” ends, which will be around the end of June and when the people in Spain can travel throughout the country again, it should also be possible to admit foreign tourists again. Obviously this will be confirmed at a later stage as it depends on the favorable evolution of all measures taken.
Previously you have read in this blog that the Ministry of Health was reviewing the obligation to wear mouthmasks. Indeed, in the coming days it will be published in the BOE (state bulletin) that it will be an obligation to wear mouthmasks also on the public street and in closed spaces if one cannot guarantee the “social distance” of 2 meters between people; wearing mouthmasks in public transport is already an obligation.
The Townhall of Pilar de la Horadada has opened today the beaches so people can walk there or practice individual sports, just like the Townhalls of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa had done before. The 11 beaches that belongs to the Townhall of Pilar de la Horadada will be open for their use, but always with their established measures and with the existing timetables.
