Today, the 4th of May, phase “0” of the de-escalation plan has officially started. From today, restaurants and bars are allowed to open to prepare takeaway; one can ask whether it can be delivered at home, or they can pick it up themselves, but it’s not allowed to eat it at place.
Small businesses with an area up to 400m2, such as shops, hairdressers, physioterapists, beauty-salons, dentists etc, can open again, but may only receive customers with appointments, and owners or employees are obliged to wear mouth-masks and gloves if there would be a direct contact with the customer.
People aged 65 and over must receive an appointment at the times indicated for them, which is between 10-12 am or 7-8 pm.
When people travel with public transport, it is obliged for everyone to wear mouth-masks and the social distance of 1,5-2 meters must be maintained.
From today it’s also allowed to travel with several people in the same car, but maximum distance must be kept and mouth-masks must be weard.
It is important to remember that the schedules set by the Government to go out are adhered to as they are still in force.
