The house is located in a residential neighborhood just a few hundred meters from a shopping center and the bus stop. Just a few minutes by car you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of Orihuela Costa, 4 magnificent golf courses and the largest shopping center on the Costa Blanca.
The house consists of three floors. The middle floor is at street level and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large sun terrace with sea views. In the basement of the house there is a large guest apartment with a spacious living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. This apartment is accessible from the main house and from the garden as well.
There are two spacious living rooms and at each floor there are large terraces. The swimming pool is located on the middle floor. 

Rental price: 950 € / month + water and electricity expenses. Price valid for minimum 2 months rental. This price is not valid for the months July and August.

Deposit: 2.000 €, to be refunded after leaving.
